PRESENT OPPORTUNITIES

JFJ Contractors is seeking a Full-Time, well-rounded Construction person with experience in Commercial Construction, specifically, framing, carpentry and glazing experience. We require someone with solid trade skills with leadership or supervisory skills and experience. We are a rapidly growing company seeking to hire someone with skills and the desire to expand their skill set by taking on new challenges. You must enjoy a fast-paced environment and, oftentimes, lead very unique projects. To expedite many of our projects we stage and pre-fabricate deliverables in our Woodbridge warehouse.

We seek a long-term employee with the desire and ability to quickly step up to a supervisory role and lead a crew of 2-4 members. You must have a strong work ethic, positive attitude and pride in your work.

We provide excellent benefits and our crews have consistent work year-round. Our team occasionally works 5-15 hours paid overtime each week, dependent on the specific job.

REQUIREMENTS

​

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience; we pay based on your experience. 

• Must have a clean background- no felonies.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including occasional nights. Overtime is compensated at time and half.

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs., stand, bend, twist, and reach above shoulder-level on a regular basis

• Must have reliable transportation to jobsites or to meet our crew members to carpool. (Typically, from our Woodbridge warehouse.)

• Oral and written English communication skills are necessary to work with clients and lead our crews.

• A high school diploma (or equivalent).

• Valid Driver’s License to drive company trucks, as needed.
